No expense has been spared on the architecturally designed (by Sky Lewis and Evan Foster), 2 storey/2 wing main residence and the 2 bedroom manager's house. It's been designed for living and entertaining in grand style! The first wing provides a luxurious retreat for the owner with a spacious en suite, fully equipped office and den.
The other wing provides 2 master bedrooms, with en suites. The entire residence is air conditioned, with ceiling fans in all rooms. All the living areas and bedrooms open on to verandahs that run the entire length of the residence and overlook the sparkling sea.
The property is secure and sits within a 1,400 square metre walled compound which has direct access to the 10 vehicle security garaging and additional staff or guest parking. It is eco-friendly and self-sufficient. The electricity is produced from solar panels with mains and its own generator as back-up, there is 350,000 litres of rainwater stored in tanks, including 110,000 litres of high level gravity fed water storage and 2 bores and a private well. All grey and waste water is automatically pumped from its own eco septic system on to the vegetable garden.
Just some special features of Heaven's Gate are that it is offered fully furnished, there is a stainless steel lift, a full gymnasium, a wine cellar, security vault, a helipad and boat slipway, plus a hanger and a workshop.

Turtles nest on the private beach and in the bay there are dugong, dolphins, tuna, tropical fish, crayfish, mud crabs, oysters and even the whales make an appearance in winter. Here is a display of golden sand and installations of rocks that attract a wide variety of fish and birds.
