The highlight however of this spectacular high-country getaway are the stunning panoramic views; some of the best views in the area across to Mount Moombil. With a combination of around 90 acres of lovely private natural bushland, including timber species of flooded gum, blue gum, tallowwood, turpentine and hoop pines, and over 20 acres of rolling green pasture fenced into 3 main paddocks, there is also an established orchard of 40 fruit trees.
Due to the elevation of the property, you will enjoy the consistent rainfall, 4 dams and an intermittent creek that meanders through the property.
Located in the spectacular highland country of Lowanna, with its cool winters & low humidity summers and of course wonderful community. There is a General Store with post, fuel and a delightful café, as well as a Primary School within 10 minutes drive. Not far away the village of Ulong - also provides a General Store, Café-Post office with great coffee which I can attest to, Primary School and Community Hall. Close by is the stunning Nymboida River, Bobo River and Battery Falls swimming holes with bushwalking trails - Nymboida -Bindaray and Cascade National Parks.
You can only but admire the incredible rainforest as you drive 45 minutes to Coffs Harbour with all it has to offer, shopping and gorgeous beaches.
